Here’s a summary of my process:

• Use the project request form to the right to submit a request.

• I’ll confirm via email the pieces you need with a full estimate and a link to make a payment.

• Once the payment is in process, I will begin layout and will reach out with any clarifying questions.

• I’ll send you files via email to review. I will complete any requested revisions (limit of two rounds of changes per piece).

• Once you approve a design, I will send over final files and any printing recommendations as needed.

For ready-made materials, you can expect to receive your files within two business days (M-F).*

For custom pieces, it depends on the complexity of the piece, but you will generally receive files within 7-10 business days.*

Project timing also relies on any outstanding questions I may have for you, how quickly we align on project details/direction, and how quickly you send me feedback or revisions. Work will not begin before payment is in process.

Spotting details you may have overlooked is natural once you see your content within a layout. To save you additional fees for revisions, I’ve included two rounds of review and changes for each piece within the listed price.

To ensure I have as much information as I need from the get-go, be sure to fully fill out the project request form, including any contact information your clients will need for me to include on your materials.

Lucky for you, I’ve got the Alloy brand memorized like the back of my hand. I’ll ensure everything you publish, print or post is up to snuff with the brand standards.

To take things further, I will pass any new pieces we create together through Corporate and double-check your messaging and visuals are still aligned. No extra steps for you!
